  3. International Shipping: Unfortunately International Shipping Isnt Currently Available, We Expect To Have This Service Fully Operational Soon, Thankyou for your continued Support!

Once your order is processed, you will receive a Notification via email, which you can use to See the status of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

At CarPrime, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1 Month warranty on all of our car accessories. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than product defects covered under our warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a warranty claim.

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documentation or photos. Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet our criteria or are submitted outside of the warranty period.
